Non Destructive Testing (NDT)

Steam and pressure
We offer consulting services by competent specialists and plant inspections, when European harmonization, new pressure instruments guidelines or product and service certifications are necessary for modern steam boiler installations. Drawing on the many years of experience of the Baltic Control group our experts monitor pressure instruments from the material inspection stage until their manufacture and their safe operation

Pipelines
The Baltic Control Group experts make use of modern methods, for example, for calculating statics, to examine industrial plant pipelines. The pipelines, which connect pressure vessels, reactors and pumps, must often withstand pressures of several thousand bar. The diameter of pipes which transport gases, liquids and also dust varies from a few millimeters to several meters. Regular checking of the pipes is therefore necessary to avoid accidents.
